Studio space is provided free to all residents. In the Shaner Studio building there are ten year-round studios, the Resident Artist Director's studio and the Voulkos Visiting Artist studio. Most short-term residencies take place during the summer in which case there are an additional ten studios in the Summer Studio building that is open from the end of May through October.

Also in the Shaner Studio building are a shared glaze and plaster lab, and an indoor kiln facility. There are a variety of kilns at the Bray; three wood kilns, 12 electric kilns, a soda kiln, a salt kiln, and six gas kilns (two computer automated Blaauw kilns, one 110 cu. ft Bailey sculpture kiln, two smaller Bailey kilns and one Geil kiln) all varying in size and use. There is also a variety of equipment available for use such as a spray booth, slab rollers, pug mill, ball mill, extruders, grinders, a sandblaster and compressed air throughout the Shaner Studio building. There is also woodworking and metal fabrication equipment available for use. Within the Resident Center there is a community kitchen, meeting room and computer lab. All studios and offices have a public wireless internet connection. There is also a library with reference materials and a photo room on-site and available to residents.

The Bray has three gallery spaces. The North Gallery, which is open year-round, houses the Sales Gallery and a small exhibition space. The Sales Gallery exhibits and sells current and past resident artwork while the gallery rotates a variety of exhibitions throughout the year. |
